## How a project runs

Most projects run two to three weeks from brief to launch.

01. **Brief** (Usually same day): Send a paragraph about what you sell and what the site has to do. You get an honest read on what it needs and a straight quote back, free, whether or not you go ahead.
02. **Design**: You see real screens before anything is built, not a wireframe you have to imagine your way through. The words and the photo direction happen here too, because on a page meant to sell, those are the design.
03. **Build**: The person who drew it builds it. Nothing gets lost being explained to somebody else, and nothing gets added to your bill for the meeting where it would have been.
04. **Launch**: It goes live on your own domain, in your name, with the keys handed to you, plus a walkthrough of what you can change yourself and what to send over. Revisions run over email and Messenger, so a change is one message away.

### How much does a website cost?

A one-page site starts at ₱15,000 if you bring the words and the photos. At ₱25,000 we write it and art-direct it, and that tier is where the AI chat agent and the AI-answer setup come in. A five to ten page business site is ₱50,000, and larger jobs, a multi-page site for an established business or a set of sites for one group, are quoted on their own and start around ₱100,000. Two things move the number: how many pages the site needs, and whether we're also writing the copy and art-directing the photos. ### How much does an AI chatbot cost?

On a site we build, the AI chat agent comes with the ₱25,000 tier and every tier above it. On a site you already have, it is ₱10,000 to set up plus ₱3,500 a month to run. What moves the number is whether the agent only answers questions or has to book appointments too, so tell us what yours has to do and you'll get a straight quote back.

### How much does the SEO and AI search work cost?

On a site we build, the technical search setup comes with every tier, and the AI-answer setup with every tier from ₱25,000, because it is how we build anyway. On a site you already have, the search work is ₱6,000 to set up and then ₱3,500 a month to keep it current, which covers the technical side staying fresh and a couple of small content edits. Anything past what the monthly covers gets quoted before it starts, so the bill stays predictable for both of us. What none of it buys is a promised ranking, because nobody can sell you that honestly.

### How much does it cost to redesign a dated website?

A site that still gets found and still loads can be retrofitted instead of rebuilt, as a one-off that starts at ₱20,000, depending on how big the site is. ### Can you get my business to the top of Google?

No one can promise that, and any vendor who does is guessing with your money. What can be promised is the part that is actually in anyone's control: a site Google and the AI assistants can read properly, with clean markup, structured data, honest dates, and pages that answer the questions people are really typing. That is what makes a site eligible to rank and easy for ChatGPT or Perplexity to quote correctly. Position itself comes from that foundation plus a verified Google Business Profile, real reviews, and mentions building up over months. For a brand-new site, expect three to six months before local traction means much.

### What is GEO, and why does it matter now?

GEO is generative engine optimisation, which means being the business an AI assistant names when someone asks it for a recommendation instead of searching. More customers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google's AI answers for a bar, a clinic, or a gym, and those tools quote sites they can parse. That means structured data, question-shaped content, a readable llms.txt, and text that exists in the HTML rather than appearing after JavaScript runs. This site does all of it, which is why it can be used as the sample.
