ConceptThe Aravel
A pre-selling tower that does not exist, sold the way a buyer would want to be sold one: a single camera move from the driveway, through the lobby, up to the view.

One shot, no cuts
The tower is the first of six video legs that play as one camera move as you scroll. Each leg starts on the last frame of the one before, so the move never visibly cuts, and a leg that popped was reshot rather than hidden.
Words that caption the film
Each scene gets a title and one sentence, kept quiet so the footage does the selling.
Terms a buyer checks
The chips carry pre-selling facts in the terms local buyers use, and the last scene adds the reservation fee deductible from the total contract price and the spread-out down payment.
A way out at every size
The rail jumps to any scene, and a skip link goes straight to the prices, so a long scroll never traps someone who only wants the numbers.
The job
- Made for
- A concept piece, not a paid commission. The tower, the developer, the prices and the license number are invented, the footage is AI-generated, and the viewing form sends nothing.
- Built with
- Static HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with a scroll engine written for it
- Live at

Pre-selling condos are sold on a feeling before there is a building to visit, and most of their sites hand a buyer a brochure and a price list. The Aravel was built to show the other way, a site that is the walkthrough, for an invented tower in BGC and the professionals and overseas Filipinos who buy units like it on their phones.
Scrolling moves one continuous camera shot through six scenes, and the page ends on unit sizes, starting prices, the reservation fee and financing, then a viewing request that asks how the buyer wants to be reached: Viber, Messenger, a call, or email. Phones get their own lighter footage, and visitors who prefer less motion get still frames instead of the film.
Built to earn: showroom visits from buyers who were sold before they arrived.
