Studio Reidel is a design-and-build studio in Manila that makes websites and landing pages, AI chat agents, and the search work that gets a business found on Google and named by AI assistants. So far the portfolio has a rooftop cocktail bar in BGC, a gym in Malate, a barbershop in Makati, a pre-selling condo showcase, an AI front desk for a dental practice, a self-serve 3D-printing quote tool, and a Manila DJ collective whose site also runs its guest list and door check-in. Yes. The studio is in Manila and takes on businesses anywhere in the Philippines, including Taguig, Makati, and Quezon City. Everything from the brief to the launch runs over email and Messenger, so where you are rarely comes up.

A one-page site starts at ₱15,000 if you bring the words and the photos. At ₱25,000 we write it and art-direct it, and that tier is where the AI chat agent and the AI-answer setup come in. A business site of five to ten pages is ₱50,000. Custom builds start at ₱100,000 and are quoted on their own; that covers jobs like a multi-page site for an established business or a set of sites for one group. The price depends on how many pages you need, whether we also write the copy and art-direct the photos, and whether the site takes bookings, which come with the business site. On a site we build, the AI chat agent comes with the ₱25,000 All-in page and every tier above it, and its first 3 months of care are included. From month 4 it runs on the care plan, ₱3,000 a month. Stop the plan and the site stays up; the agent pauses until you restart it. On a site you already have, the agent is ₱10,000 to set up plus ₱3,000 a month to run. The price goes up if it has to book appointments as well as answer questions, so tell us what yours has to do and you'll get an exact quote.

On a site we build, the technical search setup comes with every tier, and the AI-answer setup comes with every tier from ₱25,000. We build that way anyway. On a site you already have, the search work is ₱6,000 to set up, then ₱3,000 a month to keep it current. The monthly covers the technical side and a couple of small content edits, and anything bigger is quoted before it starts, so the bill never surprises either of us. None of it buys a promised ranking, because no one controls where Google puts you.

If a dated site still loads and still gets found, it can be retrofitted instead of rebuilt, as a one-off that starts at ₱15,000 and rises with the size of the site. We audit what is there and quote you. Then we keep what still works and modernise the rest: the layout that falls apart on a phone, the markup and structured data, and the pages that answer what people search for. Sometimes that is all the site needs. Other times a new one-page site in its place is the better buy, also from ₱15,000, and the audit says which.

No one can promise that, and a vendor who does is selling you a guess. We can promise the part we control: a site Google and the AI assistants can read properly, with clean markup, structured data, accurate dates, and pages that answer the questions people really type. That is what makes a site eligible to rank and easy for ChatGPT or Perplexity to quote correctly. Where you rank also depends on a verified Google Business Profile, real reviews, and mentions that build up over months. Give a brand-new site three to six months before you expect much from local search.

GEO, short for generative engine optimisation, is about being the business an AI assistant names when someone asks it for a recommendation instead of searching. More customers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google's AI answers for a bar, a clinic, or a gym, and those tools quote the sites they can read. Being readable to them comes down to structured data, question-shaped content, an llms.txt file, and text that is in the HTML from the start instead of appearing after JavaScript runs.
