Studio Reidel

A design & build studio in Manila

Web design and AI chatbots that pay for themselves.

Right now someone is searching for what you sell, and they will pick the business that looked worth the money. We build the page that wins that moment, and the AI agent that answers everything after it.

Selected work

Four began as concepts, built to prove what's possible. Three are live and in use. Every one of them was built to do a job that pays: take a booking, hand back a quote, get somebody through the door. They are all linked below. Open them on your phone and judge for yourself.

Rooftop cocktail bar · BGC, Taguig

Concept

Hiraya

A cinematic site for a bar thirty floors above the city. Scroll-driven video, a working table-reservation system, and a mood you can almost drink. Built to make you want a negroni before you've scrolled halfway.

Built to earn: table reservations, straight from the page.

Residential concept · BGC, Taguig

Concept

The Aravel

A pre-selling condo showcase where the whole page is one continuous cinematic shot. Scroll, and the camera carries you from the driveway, through the lobby, up to the view. Property marketing that feels like a film, not a flyer.

Built to earn: showroom visits from buyers who were sold before they arrived.

Gym · Malate, Manila

MNLA Fitness

Hard work, no limits. A landing page that hits about as hard as the gym does, built on real photos of the actual floor, with the programs laid out plainly and one loud yellow button that gets people through the door.

Built to earn: walk-ins, from first scroll to front desk.

Barbershop · Bel-Air, Makati

Concept

The Barber Parlor

A neighbourhood shop where the whole page points at one thing: getting somebody into the chair. Pick a barber, pick a time, done in a few taps on a phone, one-handed, on the walk over. The booking flow got more care than everything above it, because that is the part that pays.

Built to earn: chairs filled on the quiet afternoons, booked before anyone walks in.

Self-serve pricing tool · printcost.site

PrintCost

A website that does real work: drop in a 3D model, get a printing quote back immediately. The whole thing runs inside the visitor's browser, so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to wait on. Proof that a site can be a product.

Built to earn: orders from people who will not wait a day for a quote.

DJ collective · Metro Manila

In-house

Salo-Salo Sessions PH

A collective that throws nights across the city, and a site built so a venue can see exactly what one of those nights looks like before booking it. Twenty nights are archived with their posters and lineups, and every number on the page is counted from that archive rather than rounded up. Behind a staff login it runs the night itself: table reservations, door check-in, guest lists out to a spreadsheet, and the gallery, the roster, and the site's own copy all editable without a developer. Reidel plays in the collective, so this one was built from the inside.

Built to earn: nights booked by venues, and a mailing list the collective owns.

AI front desk · dental practice demo, Makati

Concept

Clinic Concierge

An AI concierge that greets patients the way your best receptionist would. It answers questions, books appointments, and hands staff a tidy dashboard at the end of the day. It also never calls in sick.

Built to earn: booked appointments while the clinic is closed.

We build websites and AI chatbots, then get them found

Websites & landing pages

A page built to turn a stranger into a booking. We write the words, art-direct the photos, and build it to load fast on a cheap phone on mobile data, because that is what your customers are actually holding. For bars, gyms, clinics, and anyone tired of looking like everyone else.

Retrofitting dated websites

You may not need to start over. A site that still gets found and still loads can be brought up to date instead of replaced: the layout that falls apart on a phone, the pages nobody can read at arm's length, the markup that search engines and AI assistants now expect and yours never had. We audit what is there, keep what still works, and rebuild the rest. It costs well under a new build, and sometimes it is the only thing the site needs.

AI chatbots & agents

The same few questions arrive over and over: are you open, how much, can I book. An AI agent answers them at 2 a.m., takes the booking while the customer still wants it, and leaves you the lead in the morning. It learns your services, your prices, and the way you actually talk.

Booking & reservation systems

A table, a chair, a slot, a viewing. If someone has to message you to book it, a good number of them never get round to it. The booking goes into the page itself: pick a time, leave a name, done in a few taps on a phone, and it reaches your inbox the moment it happens instead of sitting unread in a chat thread.

Payments & deposits

Take the money while they are still deciding, not a week later over Messenger. Card and e-wallet payments run through a licensed provider, so the funds land in your account and nothing sensitive ever touches your site. A deposit on a booking is the cheapest no-show insurance a business can buy.

Admin dashboard & CMS

The back office that comes with it. Change your own prices, hours, and photos without booking a developer to do it. See today's bookings, last month's, and the customer list you have probably never actually owned, on one screen built for the person who runs the place.

SEO & AI search

Two audiences now: Google, and the AI assistants your customers ask instead of Google. We set up the markup, the structured data, and the plain answers both need before either will show you or quote you. This page is the sample, so open the source and look. Nobody can promise you the top spot, and anyone who does is guessing with your money.

Yours, next

Every project here started as one paragraph from an owner who wanted more customers. Send yours and you will get an honest read on what it needs, what it costs, and whether it is even worth building.

A small studio in Manila

Studio Reidel is one person in Manila. You talk directly to whoever is designing and building your site, because that is the same person reading your email. We take on a few projects at a time and finish what we start.

How it works

Most projects run two to three weeks from brief to launch.

01

Usually same day

Brief

Send a paragraph about what you sell and what the site has to do. You get an honest read on what it needs and a straight quote back, free, whether or not you go ahead.

02

Design

You see real screens before anything is built, not a wireframe you have to imagine your way through. The words and the photo direction happen here too, because on a page meant to sell, those are the design.

03

Build

The person who drew it builds it. Nothing gets lost being explained to somebody else, and nothing gets added to your bill for the meeting where it would have been.

04

Launch

It goes live on your own domain, in your name, with the keys handed to you. Revisions and updates run over email and Messenger, so a change is one message away.

What it costs

Most projects run two to three weeks from brief to launch.

Every project is quoted on what it actually has to do, so these are where jobs land rather than a menu. The quote back is free and specific to your business.

Care plan, ₱5,000 a month*OptionalOptionalOptionalOptional

The search and AI-answer work is included from the ₱30,000 tier up. On a site we did not build, it is ₱16,000 to set up and ₱5,000 a month, and a dated site can be audited and modernised for a one-off ₱42,000.
* Care plan pricing is flexible and gets adjusted to what your site actually needs each month, not billed as a flat rate regardless.

Questions we get

What does Studio Reidel do?

Studio Reidel is a design-and-build studio in Manila that does three things: websites and landing pages, AI chat agents, and the search work that gets both found by Google and by AI assistants. All three exist to do the same job, which is to turn the people already looking for your business into customers who actually book. Every project is designed, written, and built in-house, so the person who replies to your email is the person doing the work.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Mostly Philippine small businesses that live or die on first impressions: bars, gyms, barbershops, clinics, and property developers. The portfolio covers a rooftop cocktail bar in BGC, a gym in Malate, a barbershop in Makati, a pre-selling condo showcase, an AI front desk for a dental practice, a self-serve 3D-printing quote tool, and a Manila DJ collective whose site also runs its reservations and door check-in. Four began as concepts built to prove the approach; three are live and in use.

Who will I actually be working with?

Reidel, the founder. Studio Reidel is a one-person operation on purpose, so the person you message is the person designing and building your site. You are not paying for an account manager to forward your emails. Work starts the week you say yes, rather than after a month of discovery meetings.

How much does a website or AI chatbot cost?

A one-page site starts at ₱20,000 if you bring the words and the photos. At ₱30,000 we write it and art-direct it, and that tier is where the AI chat agent and the AI-answer setup come in. A five to ten page business site is ₱70,000, and larger jobs, a multi-page site for an established business or a set of sites for one group, are quoted on their own and start around ₱115,000. On a site you already have, an AI chat agent is ₱45,500 to set up plus ₱7,500 a month to run. Three things move the number: how many pages the site needs, whether we're also writing the copy and art-directing the photos, and whether an AI agent only answers questions or has to book appointments too. Tell us what you're making and what it has to do, and you'll get an honest recommendation and a straight quote back, usually within the day, and it costs you nothing.

How much does the SEO and AI search work cost?

Three ways in, depending on what you need. If we build the site, the search and AI-answer foundation is included, because it is how we build anyway. If you only want the search work on a site you already have, it is ₱16,000 to set up and then ₱5,000 a month to keep it current, which covers the technical side staying fresh and a couple of small content edits. If the site itself is dated, the retrofit is a one-off ₱42,000: we audit it, then modernise the markup, the structured data, and the pages that answer the questions people actually type. Anything past what the monthly covers gets quoted before it starts, so the bill stays predictable for both of us. What none of it buys is a promised ranking, because nobody can sell you that honestly.

Can you get my business to the top of Google?

No one can promise that, and any vendor who does is guessing with your money. What can be promised is the part that is actually in anyone's control: a site Google and the AI assistants can read properly, with clean markup, structured data, honest dates, and pages that answer the questions people are really typing. That is what makes a site eligible to rank and easy for ChatGPT or Perplexity to quote correctly. Position itself comes from that foundation plus a verified Google Business Profile, real reviews, and mentions building up over months. For a brand-new site, expect three to six months before local traction means much.

What is GEO, and why does it matter now?

GEO is generative engine optimisation, which means being the business an AI assistant names when someone asks it for a recommendation instead of searching. More customers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google's AI answers for a bar, a clinic, or a gym, and those tools quote sites they can parse. That means structured data, question-shaped content, a readable llms.txt, and text that exists in the HTML rather than appearing after JavaScript runs. This site does all of it, which is why it can be used as the sample.

How do I know it will be worth the money?

You don't have to take our word for it. Every project on this page links to the live site, so you can open them on your phone and judge the work before you spend a peso. The quote is free and specific to your business, you see real screens before the build starts, and the site goes live on a domain in your own name. If the honest answer is that a new site is not what your business needs right now, you will be told that instead of sold something.

Do you work with businesses outside Manila?

Yes. The studio is based in Manila and works with clients across the Philippines, including Taguig, Makati, and Quezon City, as well as remotely. Briefing, drafts, revisions, and launch all run over email and Messenger, so where you are rarely comes up.

Question not answered here? , the studio's AI concierge. It answers from this page, at any hour, and it is the same kind of agent you would be buying.

Let's build yours.
