Last updated . This page covers what Studio Reidel collects, why it collects it, and how to get it deleted. It should take about two minutes to read, which is roughly how long it took to write.
The short version
This site runs no analytics and no advertising, and nothing on it sets a cookie. Even the fonts are served from this domain, so opening the page does not quietly tell Google you were here. The only personal data that exists is whatever you type into the chat or the brief form yourself, plus your IP address, which is counted briefly so that one visitor cannot flood either of them.
What Tala collects
Tala, the chat in the corner of the page, is an AI rather than a person. When you send it a message, that message and up to six previous turns of the conversation go to Google's Gemini API so a reply can be written. Google handles that under its own terms. The studio keeps no copy of your conversation.
Your IP address is used to limit how many messages one visitor can send. It goes to Upstash, a hosted database service, which keeps a count of recent requests against it and nothing else. What you typed is not stored alongside it. The count clears itself after twenty minutes.
What the brief form collects
If you leave a brief, the name, contact detail, and project description you enter are emailed to the studio through Resend, an email delivery service. They arrive in the studio inbox and stay there while the conversation is live.
That data is used to reply to you and to quote your project. It is never sold, never shared with anyone outside the studio, and never added to a marketing list.
Your IP address is counted here as well, in the same place and for the same reason, so the form cannot be sent more than three times in an hour. That count is stored on its own, without your name or anything you wrote, and it clears itself after two hours.
Who else touches it
Vercel hosts the site and keeps the usual server access logs. Google Gemini writes Tala's replies. Resend delivers the brief emails. Upstash holds the request counts described above. That is the whole list, and nobody else receives anything.
How long it is kept
Chat messages are not retained by the studio. Briefs are kept as email for as long as the enquiry is active, and are deleted on request at any time. The request counts expire on their own, after twenty minutes for the chat and two hours for the form.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you can ask what personal data the studio holds about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, object to how it is used, or lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Changes
If what the site collects ever changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no archive of older versions, because so far there have not been any.
