A clinic's phone rings with the same questions every day, and after hours nobody answers them. Clinic Concierge was built to show a practice owner the alternative: a concierge on the site that answers from the practice's own fees, hours and services, in English or Tagalog, and books a visit through a scripted flow that cannot stall halfway.
Behind it is a practice view for the front desk: the day hour by hour, new bookings as a to-do with their reminders, arrivals and no-shows, rescheduling with undo, and closing an hour or a day. In the demo, bookings stay in the visitor's own browser, so a prospect trying it never sees anyone else's, and each one sends a notice to the studio rather than to a clinic. Messenger, SMS, payments and a shared calendar wait for a paying client.
