A bar website that fills the tables.
People pick a place to eat or drink on their phones, often the same night. The site has to show them the room, tell them whether you are open, and let them reserve a table before they scroll on to the next place.
What the site has to do
Sell the room
Photos or film of the place at the hour people actually come, so a stranger can picture the night before they arrive.
Open tonight, and where
Whether you are open right now, where to find you and what you serve, readable on a phone in the back of a car.
A table from the page
A reservation that takes a date, a time and a party size, and checks every request before it reaches you, instead of a comment asking you to reply.
One we built
ConceptHiraya is a concept site for an invented rooftop bar in BGC. Its booking is the real part: it takes a date, a time and a party size, checks every request on the server before saving it, and hands the guest the bar's phone number if anything fails.
In-houseFor a place that runs nights, Salo-Salo Sessions PH shows the other side: a guest list with QR door passes and check-in at the door. Read the case study

Questions owners ask
Can guests pay a deposit when they reserve?
Yes. Payments and deposits are quoted on top of the ₱50,000 business site and run through a licensed provider, so the money lands in your account and nothing sensitive touches your site. A deposit on a booking is the cheapest no-show insurance a bar can buy.
We already take reservations over Messenger. Why move them to the site?
Because a message waits for someone to reply. A booking on the page happens the moment the guest decides, and reaches your inbox straight away instead of sitting unread in a chat thread.
Can we change the menu and the hours ourselves?
Yes, with an admin dashboard: prices, hours and photos, changed without booking a developer. The dashboard is quoted with the business site and comes with every larger job.
